Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is owned by Monsoon Digital unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written permission.

Monsoon Digital Guarantee

We back our work with a simple promise: your new site will outperform your top three agreed search competitors at launch — or we cover 12 months of hosting.

How It Works

  • Competitors Confirmed: Before work begins, we mutually agree on your top three relevant search competitors and capture baseline results.
  • Launch Verification: Within 48 hours of launch, we re-test all four sites (yours + the three competitors).
  • If You Don’t Win: If your site does not meet the win condition below, we provide 12 months of hosting at no cost.

What We Measure (Mobile-First)

Performance is evaluated using Google PageSpeed Insights (Mobile) as the single source of truth:

  • Performance score (Mobile, lab data)
  • Core Web Vitals metrics reported in the test (LCP, CLS, INP)

If results fall within normal scoring variance, we may run up to three tests per site and use the median Performance score for comparison.

Win Condition

Your site must score higher than each of the three agreed competitors on the PageSpeed Insights Performance score (Mobile).

Fair & Clear Testing Rules

  • Comparisons are mobile-first and performed within 48 hours of launch.
  • Testing is conducted on the as-delivered launch version of your site, prior to any client-added scripts, embeds, or third-party tools introduced after launch.
  • If a competitor makes a material change (such as a redesign, platform migration, or major asset change) during the testing window, we will re-run testing once within 72 hours.
  • Competitors must be relevant businesses targeting the same service and market area, and may not include national directories, aggregators, or unrelated platforms.
  • PageSpeed Insights results serve as the final reference for guarantee verification.

Exclusions

This guarantee does not apply to:

  • Web applications or paywalled portals
  • Experiences primarily controlled by third-party systems
  • Third-party scripts, embeds, or tools required by the client that cannot be optimized without materially altering their function

Limitation of Liability

Monsoon Digital is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Okaloosa County, Florida.
